How do I pay for the items?
Payment is either by POSB/DBS ATM Machine Transfer , POSB/DBS Internet Banking Transfer OR PayPal Transfer.
How long does it take for Pre-order items?
As stated, it will requires about 2-3weeks of waiting. If there's any delay after a 2.2weeks of waiting period, you will be informed by RETTA Inc. At any time, you may feel free to contact us to ask us for the delivery updates. As for Pre-order items, we strongly advice you to opt for Registered mail postage, in any case of parcel lost/delayed.
How long does it take for Singpost to send me the item(s)?
Local: It usually takes 2 - 5 working days (excluding weekends/Public Holidays).
Overseas: 6-12 working days. (excluding weekends/Public Holidays).

Do you provide self collection delivery service?
Yes, we do. It is free of charge and is only available at 2 main MRT locations during weekends : Jurong East / Boon Lay

Does each accessories comes along with a free gift box ?
Nope. All your accessories will be nicely bubbled wrapped then mailed out to you in an envelope.
However, if you would like to give the ponies as a gift, you may purchase the gift boxes at (left)SGD $2.50 & (bottom)SGD $3.00 as shown below.

How should I take care of my accessories?
1. Perspiration/Water/Chemical Agents
Do not forget to remove your fashion accessories when you are doing activity which may interact with perspiration, water and chemical agents. Exposing your fashion accessories to the above may dull your accessories.
2. Dust
Wearing your fashion accessories outdoor cause dust to stick onto it. It is recommended to wipe it off using soft towel or cloth.
3. Make-up
Put your fashion accessories ONLY AFTER you have applied your make-up, lotion and your hair products.
They contain chemical agents which may tarnish your accessories.
4. Storage
Keep your fashon accessories in low humidity environment separately. Do not stack them together and always avoid direct sunlight.
5. Cleaning
Do not ever use commercial solvents and water to clean your fashion accessories. It is good enough to wipe dirt using soft towel or cloth regularly.
