By ordering and purchasing from RETTA Inc, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. 
Your continued use of RETTA Inc, following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

* Strictly: No refund/cancellation of order will be allowed after payment is made.




Returns and Exchange Policy

  • If you have received a defective or wrong item, please email us at rettainc@gmail.com immediately.
  • For self collection, kindly check your purchase(s) on the spot of collection, strictly no exchange after collection.
  • All cases of returns and exchanges will be subjected to verifications.
  • Defective items must be returned within 7 days from the date of shipment.
  • In cases where items that you've ordered is sold out, RETTA will make a full refund to you.
  • Costs incurred during the return mail for defective/wrong items will be fully absorbed by RETTA.
  • Cost incurred during the return mail of item for size amendments, will be fully absorbed by customer. 
  • Kindly ensure that the FULL & CORRECT mailing address is stated to prevent delays / lost mails.
  • RETTA will not be held responsible should there be an error of mailing address which is given by you.
  • RETTA will not be held responsible should there be delayed/lost mails via normal posts.


Ordering Process
1. Place order via Order Form.

2. An invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours upon your order submission.
3. Payment to be made within next 24 hours after the invoice is emailed to you.
4. Once we have verified your payment, a CONFIRMATION email will be sent to you
Item(s) will be mailed out within the next 2-5 working days.(Excluding weekends/public holidays)



Payment Methods    ATM Machine Transfer / i-Banking Transfer/ Paypal

* Transaction have to be done within 24hrs. 

For ATM machine transfer, please keep your ATM's receipt and email us at rettainc@gmail.com a snapshot of it as a proof of transfer. 

Do retain your receipt until your payment is verified.
No refund will be made in the event that the ATM's receipt cannot be produced.


For i-banking transfer, please screenshot the document of transaction transfer with RETTA's name, as verification proof.

No refunds will be made in the event that the snapshot cannot be produced.

For Local / International Paypal transfer, please submit your order through Order form, and we will submit an Paypal Invoice to your email address. An invoice receipt from Paypal will directs you for payment.


Delivery (* We strongly advise you to opt for Registered Mail to avoid loss/delay of parcels)
  • Normal Mail (Local)
Normal mail incurs an additional cost of SGD $1.50 
(There will be no tracking services available.)
  • Registered Mail (Local)
Registered mail incurs an additional cost of SGD $3.00.
( A tracking number will be given to you and you may track your parcel whenever necessary.
You may also contact us at rettainc@gmail.com for the delivery status of your parcel.
In the event when you were not around when the parcel was delivered, a collection slip will be left behind for you to pick up the parcel at your nearest post office.)
  • Self Collection (Local)
Free self collection at 2 main MRT Stations during weekends: Jurong/BoonLay. 


  • Worldwide Delivery (Airmail/Registered)
Overseas Airmail (normal) delivery incurs an additional cost of SGD $ 4.00 
(There will be no tracking services available.)

Overseas Registered mail delivery incurs an additional cost of SGD $ 5.00 

( A tracking number will be given to you and you may track your parcel whenever necessary.
